update: openwrt makefile to latest 2.3.0
...
updated to latest version.
web-ui assets have been imported from release files.
general polishing according to newly introduced changes.
commands and config files have been simplified for easier interaction. ( service hiddify restart. instead of typing down service hiddify-core restart.

add: new openwrt configuration
...
shortened hiddify-core to hiddify for simplicity.
removed options workingdir and user as it is not being used at the
moment also we need root privilege for tun.
added new option "config" referring to config file or url after -c switch.
introduced option "appconfig" referring to app config file or url
after -d switch.
hiddify-cli run -c <config file or sublink> -d <HiddifyApp config file

this option allow clients connect to hiddify's web-ui through ip addresses other than localhost loopback.
